With the anugraham of Jagadguru Pujyasri Sri Sankara Vijayendra Saraswathi Sankarcharya
Swamigal of Moolamnaya Sarvagnya Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham, we complete our first full year
as Hindu Samaya Mandram(Kanchi) USA.
Though this is our second year since inception, this year truly allowed our Mandram to find its
rhythm—through bhakti, learning, and shared celebrations. As we pause at the year’s end, we do so
with gratitude in our hearts for every family, volunteer, teacher, and child who made this journey
meaningful. We were able to get together in many meaningful ways and each gathering added to the
fabric of our Mandram.
Here are some highlights from 2025…..
1.Mahāśivarātri Mahotsavam — a seven-day virtual observance over Zoom, with youth from across
the United States offering saṅ ̇ gītam, nṛtyam, stotram, Nāyaṉār Purāṇam, Pādal Petra Sthala
Purāṇam, and nāṭakam

Vināyagar Agaval

from across the U.S. participating
8. Upanyāsam on Śrī Kāmākṣi Vilāsam, offered in celebration of Śrī Kāmākṣi Ambāl Avirbhāva Dinam
Looking ahead to 2026….
1.Tamiḻ Bhakti Saṅ ̇ gamam (TBS) — continuing classes for all age groups
2.Thāi Veḷḷi Pārāyaṇam – Saṅ ̇ gīta Samārpaṇam – Abhirāmi Antāti Upanyāsam
3.Margazhi 2026 preparations — guiding children and youth for the Tiruppāvai–Tiruvempāvai
Competition
4.Mahāśivarātri Mahotsavam — seven-day virtual celebration from 8th–14th February 2026

Whatever was accomplished this year was through acharya anugraha alone. With gratitude, we offer
these efforts at our guru’s feet and pray for guidance in the year ahead.
